S.T.A.R. Programs is committed to providing a safe place for abused and neglected children and helping to rebuild and strengthen their families by providing a continuum of care including counseling, life skills, educational, and recreational services. We currently operate two level 12 group homes for youth ages 12-18, a Transitional Housing Placement Program for youth ages 16-17, a Transitional Housing Placement Plus Foster Care for young adults ages 18 up to 21, and a Foster Family Agency.
