S2C Interactive / S2C Bioinformatics was founded to automate manual processes, lower costs, improve efficiency and accuracy, and increase data availability for everyone.S2C Interactive specializes in data management using a Data Access Manager (DAM) Framework that uses current production grade tools along with in process S2C Interactive applications to process all data types of data in near-real-time and to automate many of the manual processes organizations currently waste resources on. Our goal is to eliminate all data warehousing, data lake, and ETL architectures in favor of a process once and on demand architecture that puts the power to choose what analytics and data to have available in the hands of business users rather than large data teams. Consulting services are currently available to help streamline and integrate legacy business systems to better handle an organizations data.S2C Bioinformatics is creating a single web portal to consolidate and modernize all modern genomic data processing techniques while eliminating all the manual effort to move data from tool to tool. Additionally, using the DAM Framework, all genomic data can be processed and stored for future comparisons against all either privately submitted genomic data, publicly/donated genomic reference data, or both. You have the power to choose within the portal and get the results you want. Using our Sagan Trees distributed behavioral AI's we hope to improve mutation and disease prediction to -5% accuracy per year (i.e. 95% accuracy year one) to provide a better future to everyone.
