An established Culinary School, SA School of Cookery is located in Capital Park, Pretoria, with a comprehensive curriculum developed over the past 20 years.Our aim is to make the dreams of young chefs come true by providing and empowering them with professional training in three courses, namely the Chef Certificate, Chef Diploma and Patisserie Diploma.The personnel of SASOC are all determined, professional and student centric so that the students have a "fun and educational experience" while gaining knowledge, achieving their goals, living up to their passion and graduating in the particular course they enrolled for.We support the Hospitality Industry of South Africa by enabling young chefs that are developed in the sector to their own right.Furthermore, SASOC offers various Fun Courses which are shorter in duration and more for those who wish to improve their home-cooking, as opposed to becoming professionals withing the industry.
