Events Services - Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
The South African Ubuntu Foundation (SAUF) was established by MD Kevin Chaplin together with Patrons Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Yvonne Chaka Chaka. Our aim is to break down the barriers between people of different colour, culture, religion and language and get them to truly embrace one another. We do this through a variety of activities and interventions that we run. Our unique networking initiatives bring Black, White, Coloured, Indian, Christian, Jewish and Muslim South Africans as well as International Residents and visitors to South Africa from different business interests together to develop lasting Ubuntu-grounded business connections, partnerships and friendships. It also provides them with emerging business insights, offers cutting-edge leadership perspectives, stimulates collaborative opportunities, and models new and open ways for trusting, cross-racial partnerships to emerge within SA's economic sector. South Africa has yet to become an authentic rainbow nation. Hence, Ubuntu Business Networking is designed to bridge the still-evident barriers to mutual-benefit, cross-cultural and cross-racial relationships among business leaders. It enables attendees to hear and discuss presentations by business, political, and cultural figures at monthly events in a setting that encourages people of all races and cultures to network, become well acquainted and truly embrace one other. Sponsoring and partnering with SAUF provides you, the sponsor, with excellent marketing and branding opportunities - from logo on invites, on reminder emails, on all our social media, banners at the event and saying a few words to attendees, plus complimentary seats for your guests. We promise huge marketing and branding exposure to our ubuntu community. You will also be seen to be supporting a very good initiative aimed at making a major difference and contribution to our country.
