Sabaja Craft Brewery, is a microbrewery in Prishtina Kosovo. It is the first and only Ale House in Kosovo, that makes small scale, artisan beer styles. Sabaja was the beer of the Illyrians. Today, it has two meanings – "Beer" and "Dawn" – which to us symbolize the beginning of a new craft beer culture in Kosovo. At last, the variety of beer available around the world will be brewed right here in Prishtina. It is the passion for beer and brewing that sets Sabaja Craft Brewery apart. Beer making is an art and a science, worthy of creativity and experimentation. Great beer is not afraid to be different, and it welcomes people who appreciate originality and character. We are driven by the desire to provide the highest quality of fresh, non-traditional brews to the beer lovers of Kosovo.
