Sabor Latino is a restaurant that for the past decade has served thousands of patrons in Lees Summit and surrounding cities. The owners, Fanny Ruiz de Chavez and Julio Stredel are originally from Venezuela and always dreamed of bringing a piece of their country, to their new home- America.With new investor/partner Reggie Gray, the trio is excited to introduce their Central American vibe & flavor to downtown Lee's Summit.The newly renovated & updated restaurant and bar will provide the same great service and authentic Latin taste but with a trendy and modern style.Sabor Latino is more than a restaurant, but an experience. WIth food (and drinks) from Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico, Columbia, Peru and Costa Rica just to name a few. Live music on the weekends and Happy Hour every day we're open.
