Saddleback Internships exists to provide a transformational learning and growth experience that will challenge interns in their vocational, relational, and spiritual growth through training, hands-on ministry, authentic community, and encouragement. With so many unique settings, teams, and campuses that interns can be a part of, we are able to provide a unique learning experience to each intern based on their learning objectives, goals, and areas of interest. Every intern will learn to lead and grow as disciples through the intentional training and mentoring they receive. "So that God's people will be equipped to do better work for him, building up the Church, the body of Christ, to a position of strength and maturity." Ephesians 4:12
