We are located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. We are available for photography shoots, commercial filming, television or film production, art gallery exhibits, and events. We occupy the entire 8th floor of a 14-story building. The large open loft/studio space is 4,500 sq ft with 30+ large single hung windows which delivers all natural light. A furnished living room area is prominent in our studio to showcase our most note-worthy corner - bold windows, epic views, and natural light.We have 2 bathrooms, kitchen area with sink, refrigerator. One walled area with floor to ceiling windows is available as an office space for shooting, meetings, or production. There is a brick-walled room reminiscent of an east coast loft aesthetic that is also available for shooting or meetings.
