Saigon Centre is a community of seniors, adults, and children that has a common goal of sharing ideas and experiences. It is a civic center that provides arts, teaches newcomers customs and languages and delivers informative information on changes that will affect the community. It is a non-profit centre promoting the wellbeing of seniors and a links between the youths and elders. The majority of Vietnamese are located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The Vietnamese Toronto Association is only of this kind of this moment. VTA is merely a centre that promote community events and a representative for the Vietnamese community at the moment. There are currently no centre that brings together Vietnamese to learn, to share, and to socialize. There unfamiliarity the English language and the decrease in family support make it more difficult and a challenge for the immediate family. The goal of Saigon Center will be the discoveries of two generations the youngs and the olds.
