Saigon Wash & Rag Company is fastly becoming Indochina's largest Garment and Textile inventory solutions company . Our company, dedicated to buying and selling closeout apparel and accessories at "point of manufacture," in Vietnam, Cambodia and other Southeast Asian Countries. The company is a joint venture, between American - Canadian Investment Consulting Group Payne Heyboer and Vietnam's Phong Phu Corporation. Our company focuses on serving wholesalers and retailers, primarily in USA and Canada. We are not a broker. We are a Vietnam based Garment Processing Company, that works closely with cut and sew factories throughout Vietnam and Cambodia. We have 6 full time Merchandiser led QC Teams covering a wide area network of factories throughout all garment manufacturing regions of Vietnam and Cambodia. All customer orders are sold from inventory that we own and hold either in Vietnam, New York or Los Angeles.
