We provide virtual bookkeeping services to small to medium-sized businesses in the US. All monthly service plans include a QuickBooks Online subscription and a Google Drive cloud folder for document storage. Our services include the following: Weekly (or as needed) -- Import bank and credit card transactions to QuickBooks Online; Create and send invoices to customers; Pay vendors and 1099 contractors; Record customer payments and deposits in QuickBooks Online; Record expenses and withdraws in QuickBooks Online; Scan and/or save all obtained financial documents on cloud server; Answer phone calls and emails from client; Process payroll and pay payroll tax deposit(s); Monthy -- File and pay sales and use tax return(s); Enter loan transactions from loan statements in QuickBooks Online; Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts in QuickBooks Online; Create and send financial statements; Review of general ledger to ensure accuracy; Quarterly -- File and pay quarterly payroll tax returns (FICA, FUTA, SUTA); Annually -- Enter budget(s) into QBO; Create and send 1099/1096 forms to eligible vendors; One-time Setup -- Retrieve financial/organization documents from client; Scan and/or save all financial documents on client cloud server; Set up QuickBooks subscription and/or file. Upon signature of engagement letter, Sakline will: Share a Google sheet checklist of items needed; Share a Google Drive folder for storing documents; Set up a Sakline email address with client's 3-letter designation; Send a Sakline W9 form and save it in the client Google Drive W9 folder; Feature client on Sakline's social media pages (if client desires).
