Sakthi Aviation Consultancy Services (SACS) Private Limited was established in the year 2005 by a group of Senior Management Executives (Retired), each with more than 30 years' experience in Airport Operations, Air Traffic Services (ATS), Airport Design & Development, Airport Security, Air Safety Management System, Human Resource Development etc. CORE AREAS OF BUSINESS: Site survey for CNS facilities Feasibility reports of proposed airports System specification required to operationalise an airport CNS/ATM requirement based on the current / existing systems Preparation of the grid map & master plan of the airport Preparation of CNS equipment civil/ electrical work requirement i.e. building and electrical etc. Installation, testing and commissioning of the CNS equipment Assessment and preparation of security equipment inside the building as well as perimeters of the airport Liaison with Government department, e.g., DGCA, MoCA, WPC and AAI for NOCs and Height clearances for Buildings, Chimneys, Flyovers, Cranes, Billboards, Power Transmission Lines, SACFA Wireless Comm Masts. Undertake aeronautical study for obtaining higher heights of buildings as per Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification G.S.R.751 (E). Preparation of surface movement procedures on apron area,i.e., airside Support for flight inspection of CNS equipment Undertake the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for CNS / ATM, Passenger Facilitation systems and Security equipment etc. Preparation and review of satellite navigation documents Preparation and review of the CNS manual & maintenance schedule of each CNS/ ATM equipment Planning, design and maintenance of AFLS Planning, design and development of Heliport Installation, testing and commissioning of HAPI as per ICAO SARPs SOP for airport specific Preparation of Safety Management System of Airports Preparation of airport licensing document as per CAR requirements
