At Sales Interactions our approach to training and skills development is very different than most training organizations. Other trainers tell people to "reach for the stars." We prefer to keep things a little more down to earth. We just show them how to do the job of sales better than anyone else.Our fun yet focused approach to training starts with the fundamentals. We teach the right way of doing things and then practice, observe, correct, reinforce, drill, test, and practice some more until those actions become second nature. Once those core skills are in place we can quickly teach salespeople how those skills can be used to execute the best tactics and strategies.We realize this pragmatic approach to sales and to training flies in the face of many trainers out there. We also realize that it isn't necessarily sexy and it doesn't always deliver flashy sound bites.It just produces long-term, improved selling skills... and we're okay with that.
