Salman Cultural Center - part of the General Organization for Youth & Sports - was inaugurated by H.H. Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa in 1982. Since then it has continued to support the community by making its state of the art premises and facilities available to the youth for the purpose of their mental and physical development. The center strives to create opportunities for the young to excel and enhance their talents through a broad range of activities covering music, art, language, I.T. and sports. It is a pillar of the community with regards to its efforts in encouraging and promoting youth affairs.
