The opening of Salon b was inspired by the success of Scot and Kathleen Clark. A hip culture of like-minded individuals who focus on old-world craftsmanship, Salon b is born of fresh and sophisticated professionals. Salon b strives to provide the highest level of service and the highest level of education available to Sacramento. The talented stylists' at Salon b have trained for a minimum of 1 year under the supervision of Master Stylist Scot Clark and American Board Certified Haircolorist and Color Specialist Kathleen Clark prior to taking clients on the salon floor. Scot and Kathleen have been known for their excellence in training as well as the ability to design and maintain a highly sought after training program. "We have tried to create a culture and training program for young hairdressers to hone their skills and develop their eye.
