We all believe that software was born to be used in everything. We started to think about solutions of the problems we have in life. My name is Thanh. My uncle is owner of the nails salon in Virginia. Every day he must check all the appointments of the customers, including the one who books online or not. It takes five to six hours for him to count how much salary the employee will receive and so on. But the important things in here is that it is very hard to contrast the percentage of the income (or outcome)'s numbers between two months. We realized the customers don't have the best service as they deserve. Their birthday or the first day they came to the nails salon are not remembered. The connection of the salon and the customer is not tight. So we think about the application that could solve all these problems. And that's the inspiration for the first version of SalonHelps. We took the first steps on the journey to make our idea comes true. It was not easy for us, of course. We have worked hard for almost two years to introduce you our project: SalonHelps – a software will change all your definition about managing a salon to a high new level.
