Entrepreneurial Scotland’s world-class Saltire programmes find, fuel and spark, high potential individuals at early or mid-career stage with the skills and mindset to become the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. Saltire Scholar Internship programme provides high potential undergraduate students from Scotland’s universities with internship opportunities with leading global organisations in Scotland and internationally. Saltire Fellowship Leadership Development programme is for high potential individuals providing them with accelerated, experiential learning to equip them and their organisations, with the skills they need to drive growth and change. Saltire Alumni brings together our Saltire programme participants as an international community where they can continue to share their learning and experiences. Saltire alumni are encouraged to become members of Entrepreneurial Scotland to accelerate their leadership journey, make new connections and grow their network. The Saltire Foundation is the charitable arm of Entrepreneurial Scotland. Founded and nurtured by the GlobalScot network, the Saltire Foundation is a registered, independent Scottish charity with the mission to find, fuel and spark the next generation of business leaders in Scotland. The Saltire Foundation is a non-political, not for profit organisation, led by a committed and active group of Trustees who are business leaders drawn from key sectors in Scotland and internationally.
