After receiving my Real Estate License last year I soon discovered my passion was Home Staging. Due to previous personal experiences with buying and selling process I saw the need of Professional Staging and assisting Realtors, Home Owners and Builders in showcasing their valued properties and getting the most out of the equity in their home. I de-activated my RE license and researched the Top Staging Training companies and what they had to offer. I decided on Certified Staging Professionals International based in Canada. With the training I recieved through CSP along with resources available to me due to that relationship I'm very confident in our ability to provide the best Professional Services in our area. Brenda Colvin is one of our Certified Staging Professionals and specializes in ReDesign. Kim Hinkle is Assistant Stager and Artist. We are members of Real Estate Staging Association and have approved vendor relationships with International Companies, Sherwin Williams, PODS and many more. Through our affiliation with CSP and RESA we can bring you and your clients the most up to date trends in home staging. We are currently warehoused in Salado and Austin.We are committed to working with our clients to showcase and create an inviting first impression will and bring in top buyers for their homes. Studies show that the majority of buyers will search and view homes online and drive by before they even talk to a Realtor. According to the Real Estate Staging Association a buyer will make a decision as to spark an interest in your home. RESA states that within 8 seconds upon entering your home a buyer makes a decision to want to see the rest. I want to make sure your home says wow within that time frame and invites buyers to stay!
