Sambandh is an inclusive livelihood financing NBFC-MFI, with a vision to foster native entrepreneurship among women in its operating Geographies, starting from the Chhotanagpur region - where it has its roots. The Rourkela-based NBFC-MFI is best known for its workplace culture and client relationship initiatives. The economically backward women from the region over the years have taken the benefit of doorstep financial services from Sambandh to engage themselves in pursuing different income-generating activities. These women then use income from their businesses to repay the loans, contribute in household expenses and send their kids to school. And as their businesses grow, many take out small loans to build toilets and improve their homes.
