SamIT is an IT business providing to-the-home technical support and reselling electronic equipment. Services I offer include, but are not limited to;- Configuring computers, email clients, modems, and routers- Troubleshooting internet, wireless and computer problems- Extending internet coverage with the use of extra hardware or modifications to existing equipment- Virus and malware removal from infected computers- Disk cloning and imaging- Configuring and troubleshooting VoIP problems- Speak to internet service providers on behalf of clients who do not have sufficient understanding or the confidence to do so themselves- Educating clients on how to use their computers, TVs and other devices- Teaching clients how to use software- Configuring printers for network access- Modem testing - Software installation and updates- Mobile phones and tablets (Android and iOS)- Cable management- PC repair*I also sell replacement parts, computers (both laptops and desktops), modems/routers, peripherals, power-line connectors, filters and software.* Replacement/addition of components such as RAM, hard drives, PCI-E components, cooling, peripherals, and internal and external cabling
