We secure 100% of our investment capital with a promissory note from the borrower (an experience real estate investor seeking loans to buy 1-4 unit non-owner occupied, residential real estate properties). This promissory note is collateralized against a real estate property through a Deed of Trust. To protect your investment against declines in property values or other market factors, we keep our loan amounts to no more than 65% of the collateralized property. Every loan conforms to our rigorous underwriting criteria to ensure the protection of your assets and yields strong net returns.
