Non-Profit - Royal Oak, MI, US
Human trafficking is a global issue. The women that we serve come from our local communities, as well as through our connections nationally. When we opened Sanctum House on February 12, 2018, after 5 years of research and development, we became the first facility of its kind in southeastern Michigan. We offer treatment for up to 12 women utilizing a protocol that is trauma-informed and resident-centered. Given that we are a drug free environment, and most of our residents come to us with addiction issues, our therapeutic vantage point is one of the dual diagnosis of trauma and drug addiction. The organizations that we partner with assist us in offering our residents exceptional care in all arenas.
