company After co-founding a real estate company in 1998, which since then successfully operates in the Algarve, it was seen many clients still having difficulties finding their way in a foreign property-market and they often make expensive mistakes before finalizing their dream, specially when it comes to financial issues. Despite changed times people still trying to achieve their dream, but how to tackle the financial hurdles. As we all know bank-situations are also different nowadays.To bridge this gap it was decided to start another special set up, where all the expertise regarding properties, architects, construction-companies, designers and legal issues come together and then at the same time introducing some new aspects, like "split-ownership" of individual stand-alone properties and strengthen the possibilities regarding "renovations"
