At Sankalp Yoga & Retreat,we have taken the concept of Yoga tourism one step further by adding a dash of adventure for those desirous of savouring that Adrenalin rush.Our ideal itinerary is spread over three nights and four days- during which we rejuvenate your body and soul with Ashtanga and Hatha yoga as well as meditation and Ayurvedic treatments to make this a truly ´chakra´ encompassing experience.For the adventurous minded we have activities like river-rafting,rock climbing ,rappelling and forest walks. In our packages we also maintain the delicate balance of holistic healing through the meals offered to clients .These take into consideration dietary preferences as long as they conform to Ayurvedic and Naturopathy principles.
