It is an organisation that embraces differences, provides safety and stability, and gives guidance and support through its quality of care provision and therapeutic residential environments.As an organisation, we believe that children and young people, regardless of their background or journey so far, deserve the chance to shine. We also believe that it is essential that in order for children and young people to develop their full potential and have a sense of personal identity, they need to have an understanding of their cultural identity/heritage and have access to the communities that they are from, in order to develop a true sense of "self".
