About our club:Whether you want to compete at the elite national level or just have fun and get some exercise, The Santa Barbara Premier Water Polo Club is for you. Club Director Stephen Loomis (UCSB Men's Assistant Water Polo Coach), and Wolf Wigo (3X Olympian, 2X World Champion and Head Coach of Men's Water Polo at UCSB), lead a year-round program for kids ages 6 to Masters. We compete in a wide range of recreational to highly competitive tournaments. New members are always welcome.Our goals:• Expand dramatically the number of athletes in the sport of water polo in the greater Santa Barbara Area by providing programs for participation for all age and skill levels, for both genders, and for minorities.• Communicate the activities of the sport of water polo throughout the Santa Barbara area to the public in order to promote more awareness to the sport.• Provide a fun learning environment for beginning athletes while allowing them to reach the highest levels of competition as they progress in the sport.
