Sappo School is one of the leading Independent Private Schools on Long Island today. We are the forerunners in the movement toward educational reform and academic excellence. Sappo School is a New York State approved college preparatory school with an approved special education department. We cater to students who work best in an intimate environment with lots of personal attention and attachments. There are no more than 15 students per class, while the average class size is 8 students. The dropout rate is 0% and over 90% of our graduates go on to the colleges of their choice. A high percent of our graduates receive substantial scholarships toward their post-graduate education.
