This is why we are committed to NEVER subcontract our roofing services. We believe that if you sat down with any customer and asked them to pick from two options; 1. Don't hire that roofer on Kijiji, we'll hire him and mark up his labour. If he tells me 2 days before your job that he's going on vacation... I'll be sure to get someone there. Not sure who, but I'll have someone there with a roofing gun and a ladder. OR2. Don't hire that roofer on Kijiji, I wouldn't hire that roofer to work for me. So neither should you! When you choose Sargeant's Roofing you have the satisfaction of knowing that WE WILL have OUR people performing to our process, with no cut corners. Not simply just guaranteeing an end result that you can see on a quality check, but that every step of your roof is being performed by hourly paid staff, not piecework... who we have trained and monitor throughout each day with our experienced foreman and ownership team. They would pick option 2 every time. So we take every effort to BE that company, and have created unique systems and processes that can only be achieved with HOURLY PAID IN-HOUSE staff. We would LOVE to bring more talented people from installers to project managers to sales people into our organization.
