I can clearly remember the place and year when I first fell in love with the humble french baguette.I bought it at the Brive train station while rushing to catch a train to Toulouse back in the nineties.That first bite through the crust and buttery core to the simplest of fillings cheese and Ham has stayed with me to this day.As I type i can still feel and taste the sensation of the ingredients, simple but yet totally devine. That one amazing moment is the inspiration behind Sarnies.As a tradie I have tasted my share of filled rolls from bakeries and lunch bars over the years and not one has ever matched up to that first bite in France all those years ago.Even trying to find quality baguettes can be a mission in little old New Zealand.So thanks to that simple baguette in France I am now on a mission "to bring the freshest baguette and best filling ingredients to our clients daily delivered to your doorCheersGrant
