Saru is a smart sensor network for large commercial and residential buildings, starting with commercial hot water. For commercial hot water, we provide analytics and fault prediction to reduce downtime and avoid catastrophic failure. We help building managers mitigate risk for their building assets, and we help plumbers develop strong long-lasting relationships with their customers. We have 5 beta test sites and 2 paying customers.Our software as a service (SaaS) platform communicates with existing hardware to collect critical metrics that give insight into building performance for building managers and plumbers. We are developing direct sales channels with individual plumbers and hot water manufacturers.
