SAS Ocean Phoenix is a commercial company established in southern France, approximately 5 minutes away from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Serge Menard is the President of SAS Ocean Phoenix.Its main purpose it to establish the basis for the industrial launch of the Ocean Phoenix and Ocean Sea Farm projects and to prepare all operations in synergy with the other structures of the Organization.More specifically, it brings together all the technical functions necessary for the industrialization of both projects by carrying out all preliminary studies for construction and future operations.
