My mission is to contribute to a better world and equality for all, by giving support and advice to organisations and projects that make a difference, in the Netherlands as well as in developing countries. My helicopter view keeps focus squarely on the long-term, sustainable solutions. By developing a plan for the future, I am able to bring teams and people from different backgrounds together to work towards a common goal. This lays the groundwork for a clear path to results that the organization can use to move forward.By combining my management experience with my knowledge of social issues and MHPSS (mental health and psycho-social support), I can support organizations in the process as well as the content of social projects.
