SATLATENA NIGERIA LIMITED is fully committed to activities geared at achieving sustainable development goals (SDGS) in rural communities.We are a clean energy access organization incorporated by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, into the distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for residential and commercial purposes in poor rural communities of Rivers State, Nigeria. Our activities span across the LPG value chain.The company specializes in the distribution of LPG (cooking gas), maintenance and installation of gas cylinders and accessories. We also provide free trainings on the use and management of LPG to rural and peri-urban communities.SATLATENA has a goal to help reduce the high rate of the use of coal or firewood for cooking or other activities within poor communities, as these results in consistent emission of high level of carbon footprint; which has been detrimental to the health of the inhabitants (populace). It is our ambition to encourage the use of cooking gas rather than coal/firewood through our Satlatena – Climate Action ProjectsSatlatena has numerous years of experience and expertise across the LPG value chain in addition to our passion for Gender Development and Women Empowerment. With adequate Community Engagement and Social Mobilization, our projects are guaranteed to be successful.
