Saunders Architects Limited is a small vibrant architectural practice located in Taranaki and currently with projects throughout New Zealand from Northland to Queenstown.MY STORY:From Neville Saunders ANZIA the principalI believe that a good architectural practice should have the emphasis on confidential and personal service whilst upholding the principles of honesty, integrity and respect. I care about visual appearance, cost efficiency, functionality and good resale value, that they are all vitals when it comes to designing for my clients. My skills, knowledge and experience over that last 37 years enables me to "do well at what I do well!" and enables me to design Award winning projects that have that little bit of extra pizzazz What's more I am passionate about colour and you will notice this in all my designs! My architecture stems from a strong personal passion that I have had since I was 12 yards old and that is why each project is a triumph for me, to achieve my client's wants, dreams and ideas and endeavour to expand the realm of imaginative possibilities to develop individual design solutions to fulfil those dreams!I believe that there is no magic for a successful building project.
