· Provide the customers and local maritime industry with all the proper information/procedures regarding a ship's port of call and cargo operation; · Responsible for preparing and submitting the vessel's documentation to the local authorities (USCG/USCBP/Port Authority), in order to obtain the vessel's entry permission into the port;· Coordinating docking/undocking/shifting with Pilots, port authorities, terminals, tug boats, stevedores, line handlers, surveyors, etc;· Boarding vessels on arrival and following Customs procedures , assisting Master to accomplish with local authority regulations; · Assisting vessel on the cargo operation and attending Master on husbandry requirements;· On call 24/7, interacting with terminals, stevedores, surveyors, suppliers, receivers, etc, in order to assist for a smooth vessel/cargo operation; · Provide all the involved parts with the most accurate and updated info about a ship's port of call and or a vessel/cargo operation;· Responsible for preparing the shipping docs like SOF, B/L, Cargo Manifest, Mates Receipt, etc.
