I founded this organization for the purposes of education of the Civilian Timing,Synchronization,Position, and Navigation communities of the perils of having no back up or alternative to GPS which is essentially a military system we are "allowed" to use, and why the modernization of LORAN needs to be completed to give an alternative (eLORAN) which for all purposes serves a redundant but complementary mission(s) due to the superior inside buildings and urban center performance of LORAN over GPS.
