A foundation to protect and save America's wild horses.\\110 years ago there were 2 million mustangs roaming free. Now, there are approximately 30,000 wild mustangs roaming the country. They are not protected from government (BLM) round ups. \\The gathering process by the Bureau of Land Management consists of low flying helicopters chasing the horses for miles at a time to a designated area. Then, trucks load up the horses and bring them to short-term holding facilities where they will potentially stay up to 3 years at a time if not adopted or sold. This gathering process will be upwards of $85 million per year charged to our American taxpayers.\\The horses belong to the American people. The wild horses are just managed by the government (BLM), but the BLM doesn't own them. Americans should continue to have a say as to what happens to their horses and we encourage all of our supporters to Take Action through our website, http://www.SavingAmericasMustangs.org.\\In 2014, Madeleine Pickens opened a wild horse eco-resort called Mustang Monument in Northeastern Nevada. Mustang Monument is a sustainable resort and preserve for wild horses. Surrounded by majestic mountain ranges, the resort encompasses over 900 square miles just south of Wells, Nevada, and provides guests with an unforgettable safari adventure.\\Luxury guest ranches and the Wild West combine, as adventurers travel across the property and up the mountain to experience nature at its finest. Guests will be awestruck by the beauty of the wild Mustangs during overnight stays in their own luxury tipis.
