Saving The Hungry is a not for profit designed for socially conscious business professionals and their families who want to experience different cultures and give back to the communities they visit.Our trips allow volunteers and travelers to visit different communities in developing countries. Volunteers work alongside the locals to build homes, schools, orphanages and playgrounds in poor slums. Trip include ground transportation, accommodation, local leadership and the necessary tools to complete the project. Each trip incorporates travel time to allow volunteers the opportunity to explore their surroundings and immerse themselves in the local culture. No previous volunteer experience or specific skills are necessary – just a desire to make a difference and give back.
