Savvy Technologies is a group of people with passion to modern ways of designing and building products and services. Our goal as a Product House is to evaluate needs and design solutions in a Lean approach to gather users feedback as soon as possible and minimise sank costs. Now we are focused on building our in house products while evaluating multiple business ideas and confronting them with the market in short periods of time by using the newest product discovery and design tools and practices such as: - Lean product design/development- Rapid prototyping- Running creative decision making/retrospective workshops - Early user recruitment and tests- Design SprintsCurrently we are working on a consulting product Savvy Mentor - a service where you will be able to receive professional mentor help to boost your skills and streamline your work by using variety of tools such as:- Mentor meeting(s) shadowing- Private feedback session and improvements suggestions basing on meetings shadowing, case studies discussion etc. - Retrospective/Decision making workshops around chosen topics- Sharing experiences Currently we are working on finding best product/market fit and gathering first market insights. We are starting with quick tests in IT Project/Product Management industry to help managers save company's time, money and raise teams motivation by improving the way project's meetings are ran. We are using our expertise and experience in running thousands of project's meetings to make sure you will never conduct a non effective meeting again.
