Sawa Sawa means 'It will be okay' in Swahili. It is a 501c3 nonprofit registered in Austin, Texas. We are slow, ethical, handmade fashion and art brand handmade by artisan women in Kenya using ancient Maasai tribal craftsmanship. We use the revenue to fund programs that empower the women and their families. We also help keep their daughters stay in school and get a consistent education by providing them with menstrual kits through our #endperiodpoverty initiative.
