Fresh product capacity is 10.000 tons per yearand storage area is 7.500 tons.In 2019, it started to serve in its second plant by investing in the frozen fruit and vegetable sector. Our frozen foodfacility has a closed area of 3.450m2, an open area of 5.050m2 in total and 8.500m2 and has a storage capacity of 4.500 tons. In addition, it canproduce annually /11.000 tons.In our frozen food facility, IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) technique is used, and thanks to this technique, the products donot lose their nutritional value.Saglam Fresh;It works to reach the advanced level of the facility by following the innovations in the fruit and vegetable sector in technological and regulations.
