SB Aviation (SB Air) was founded in 2017 as a co-initiative of Bayegan and Swan Aviation. Soon after its establishment, SBAir signed exclusive distribution agreement with Airbus Helicopters in November 2017. In addition to helicopter distribution, SBAir has got right to provide maintenance, logistic and training by this agreement. To do so and as a first step SBAir was certified on Part 145 for specific helicopters by DGCA on 30 Jan 2019. Subsequently We got Airbus approval following the audit being conducted on 13-14 Feb 2019. SB Air seeks and seizes every oppurtunity to develop itself.
