Founded in 1974 by Maurice G. Sauriol, the firm name was changed to Sauriol Bohde Wagner architects and associates, inc., when the then current owners were named principals, in 1988. Most recently, with the retirement of Maurice, long ago, and the 2015 retirement of Tim Wagner, we went through a re-branding of the Firm, changing the name to simply SBW/Architects, LLC and we moved our office to Clinton Township.The Firm has a varied background in many building types, but has specialized in religious architecture and designs for worship environments and religious schools, for many years.
