The South Carolina Retirement System Investment Commission (RSIC) is a professional, investment management state agency that manages more than $32 billion on behalf of 600,000 plus plan participants. RSIC implements a simplified policy portfolio consisting of five asset classes: Public Equity, Private Equity, Bonds, Private Debt, and Real Assets.
