SCAL Academy was established in 2009. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) which was founded in 1937. SCAL represents some 3,000 members that built more than 75% ofSingapore's buildings and infrastructure. One of the functions of SCAL Academy is to support the Construction Industry Transformation Map (ITM) to train future ready workforce. We work with industry partners to identify, curate and deliver training and developmental courses to help professionals, managers, and executives to upgrade their skills and knowledge to support business needs and personal aspirations.
