I founded Aftershocks three years ago. The concept was to make potty training clean-ups much easier on parents and caregivers i.e. daycare providers, preschools, senior care facilities, etc. I have had three children of my own and have had clean-ups that were just plain a lot of work and instead of spending time with my kids, I was on hands and knees cleaning the bathroom floor. Aftershocks is a thin floor lining pad that protects the area around the toilet, both back area (for boys), and extends out for the person to stand on before sitting on the toilet. Children who are potty training obviously have accidents in the proccess of getting on the toilet. This pad is disposable, thin, changes color when soiled and adheres to the floor for safety. Once soiled, it easily rolls up just like a diaper would and tossed in the trash. Parents can now clean up the child quickly and come back to dispose of the pad.
