Scaramanga was founded in June 2006 by Carl Morenikeji when he discoverd a vintage leather satchel whilst travelling in India in 1998. Inspired by the style and quality, he sought out artisans who would use the same traditional methods to recreate modern leather satchels and bags. At the same time he started sourcing vintage furniture and so Scaramanga became what it is today; a lifestyle brand handcrafting classic leather bags and accessories and supplying unique vintage furniture. Our leather bags, furniture and homewares are all fairly sourced, directly from unique and traditional craft-based families and small enterprises. We believe that the quality that makes Scaramanga a little different is that Carl still hand selects each piece of furniture that Scaramanga sells and we design all our products exclusively. We specialise in supplying vintage furniture, interiors and leather satchels and bags to TV and documentary and feature film production companies, theatres and a diverse range of trade customers including props departments for feature films, across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. We are used to dealing with tight timeframes and can deliver the next working day. Scaramanga also supply our handmade leather bags, satchels and accessories and vintage furniture and interiors to a diverse range of wholesale customers around the world, including independent gift shops who stock our bags and accessories, fashion boutiques such as Ralph Lauren in Hong Kong, gift & retail stores including Monsoon, Jack Wills and Sweaty Betty, bars & restaurants including Bunny Chow in Soho, the Gourmet Burger Company, Jamie's Italian & Jamie's Diner, Brewdog and boutique hotels & luxury campsites. We also supply bespoke exclusive promotional products to creative design agencies, interior designers, advertising and promotional agencies, exhibition and theatre groups, as well as events companies, book publishers and film & TV companies and Universities.
