Are you going to Scarborough Fair?In our enchanted little shop, we have created an experience that is unique in the Twin Cities, and perhaps in the world. From the magical lighted tree to the curated collection of gorgeous clothing, artwork, and accessories from local and internationally based designers, we keep our guests spellbound. Our clients are invited to sip tea and savor the experience. We carry a range of both casual and special occasion attire, and encourage spontaneous drop-ins or shopping by appointment. We work with local milliners and jewelry designers to create pieces that are not only handmade but unique in every way, and attuned to your special needs. We have worked with our clients to create custom Derby hats, designed perfect fascinators for English country weddings, and made mother-of-the-bride head toppers to coordinate with special dresses, as well as bridal headpieces to work with that once in a lifetime gown.A yearly event called Hats, Horses & High Tea is a not-to-be-missed fundraiser event that Scarborough Fair hosts mid March. It is an opportunity for the women of the Twin Cities to discover and work with local milliners for the purpose of creating their Kentucky Derby hat confections. Not just limited to the Derby, women from all over Minnesota find Easter hats and special head pieces for Spring and Summer weddings.Scarborough Fair was born out of the idea that our store owner and inspirationalist, Kat, could use her experience in the fashion business to be of service to women by showing them a new way of dressing. She wanted the experience of walking into her shop to be one of wonder and enchantment. Our shop, with its beautiful artist-rendered tree that grows seemingly right out of the floorboards, is a manifestation of that dream.
