As the first coworking hotel in Europe, we offer business guests and Viennese coworkers a place of encounter, inspiration and development as a workplace. The seminar rooms can accommodate up to 140 people for conferences or events.Moreover, our operations are committed to sustainability: With the help of our environmental concept and numerous measures, we manage to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. For this we have been awarded with the Green Building Award as well as the Austrian Ecolabel and EU Ecolabel.Through design, technology and service, in cooperation with the research institute Fraunhofer IAO, we have created hotels where you can feel the Viennese charm, live a work-life-travel balance and experience innovation.
