The company has a highly diversified portfolio of assets it manages on behalf of its members which include property and land owned by its member investors, partners and collaborators from around the world. SCHATZ & Co. evolved from a family run business that began in Montreal, Canada in the late 1960s. They began the business by sourcing out property in Canada and the US for large European industrial families. These properties consisted of office buildings, apartment buildings and later commercial centres for which they developed a unique long term management plan designed to build wealth using real estate as the main vehicle. 40 years into the business, SCHATZ & Co. establishes its first European Company in London, United Kingdom to continue to provide the same level of service and business ethic to European individual investors and developers.
